Baking Tips (White Whole Wheat Flour)

Who isn't trying to be more healthy these days?
Instead of your usual all purpose traditional flour,
try using White Whole Wheat Flour.
It is just as nutritious as (the darker) whole grain
but has the smooth texture like white flour.
Worried it might not taste the same?
Try using half white flour and half white whole wheat.

Thanks for the tip! My family is trying to eat healthier but I hate the taste of whole wheat flour. I will have to try this!
